ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Jeremy LaBrooy is an Australian professional bassist, bass educator, and author. He is the founder of Bassic Training, a bass guitar education platform helping beginner players build real skills from the ground up.
Jeremy played bass for the Melbourne theatre seasons of Les Misérables in 1990 and 1998. He has also performed in theatre orchestras for The New Rocky Horror Show, Rent, The Full Monty, Joseph and His Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Mamma Mia, Hairspray, and Grease, sharing the stage with acclaimed Australian artists including Tina Arena, Anthony Warlow, and Debra Byrne.
He has appeared regularly on TV's Good Morning Australia, backing some of Australia's finest performers, and has played with numerous bands both locally and overseas - among them Bob Valentine, Daryl Braithwaite, Max Loves 99, Elvis to the Max, and Jabulani.
